本文利用约束粘弹性层阻尼梁共振后突然释放产生模态衰减振动的原理,研制了一套由微机进行振动控制、数据检测和数据处理的粘弹性材料性能测试系统,改进了常规的振动梁法.测试结果表明,本文提供的方法和装置是有效的.
The model resonance response of a contraincd viscoelastic damping beam can be obtained easily under the action of a harmonic force. At that instant, if the harmonic force is dropcd down, and then the damping beam will yield model free decrement vibration. According to this theorem, we invent a system to measure viscoelastic material property. The vibration control and data treatment for this system arc carried out with a microcomputer. In this paper the improved vibration beam method is described. The measurement results indicate that the proposed mehtod and instrument system determine the property of viscoelastic material accurately.
