摘要
本文测定了正常人和四组甲亢病人(n=117)外周血T淋巴细胞(T 细胞)和血清中T_3T_4含量,结果显示:1、四组甲亢病人T淋巴细胞明显低于健康人;2、经抗甲状腺药物治疗后病情缓解、T_3T_4正常、T 细胞功能逐渐恢复;
The functions of T-lymphocyte and levels of serum T_3.T_4were measured in normal indi- viduls and four groups of patients with Graves disease (n=117). The results showed: 1. T-lymphocyte of the four groups with Graves disease was lower than the control values;2. The patients showed a temporary remission after treatment with antithyroid drugs and the levels of T_3and T_4returned normal. The function of T-lymphocyte was gradually regained.
