摘要
根据1990年6月18日全球环境保护有关大臣会议决定的《对于当前全球变暖的政府对策研究》,特制定《防止全球变暖的行动计划》(以下简称为行动计划)。
This Action Program has adopted measures to prevent global warming and limit emission of CO_2, CH_4 and other greenhouse gases, to form urban and regional structure with low CO_2 emissions, to form transport systems with low CO_2 emissions, to realize life style with low CO_2 emissions and to promote scientific research and interna- tional cooperation in arresting global warming.
