摘要
电子信息技术的发展 ,电子文献资源已成为图书情报机构馆藏的重要组成部分 ,但电子文献资源的利用率与电子文献资源应有的使用价值与功能不符 ,文章分析了影响电子文献资源利用的因素 ,并从工作实际出发 ,提出了解决的途径与方法。
Along with the development of IT, the electronic document has become the main component of library collections, but its use condition is not corresponding with its value. This paper discusses the factors affecting utilization rate of electronic document and put forward countermeasures to cope with it.
