摘要
本文对现场收集的用于不同地层,使用寿命不等的10只高铬铸铁失效缸套进行解剖分析。它包括每只缸套的金相显微分析,扫描电镜下的上万个试场表面形貌分析和对现场钻井液中磨屑的铁谱分析。进而对高铬铸铁缸套的失效过程和起主导作用的机理进行了详细阐述。
This paper analyzes ten high-chromium cast iron liners of different life time, which are used in different formations and collected from oil fields, It involves mctallographic microscope analysis of every liner, analysis of up to ten thousand surface topographies under scanning electron microscope, and wear debris analysis in field mud. The detailed illustration of failure process and essential mechanism achieves some knowledge of theoretical value.
