摘要
采用浙江农业大学培养的浆蜂王后代作母本,与郑州地区意蜂父本杂交产生浆杂一代,然后用浆杂一代作母体,再与本地意蜂父本杂交产生浆杂二代。通过对这二种后代产浆性能的统计分析,浆杂一代比二代产浆量高66％以上,王台接收率高5.7％,经统计,差异极显著和显著。
The maternal jelling-producing queen bees off prings cultivated by Zhejiang Agricultural University and paternal Italian beesin Zhengzhou area were used to produce the first filial generati on of jelly-producing bees Whose maternal line were crossed with local paternal Italian bees to produce the second filial generation of jelly-producing bees .Statistical analysis of jelly-producing perform--ance Showed that the first filial generation produced jelly 66% (P<0.01 ) more than the second filial generation,and the former's fueen acceptance was 5.7% ( P<0.005) higher than the latter's.
