摘要
从高速公路封闭式收费系统功能设计和高速公路构造上考虑,分析几种常见的导致通行费流失的舞弊手段,并提出相应的解决措施,为以后高速公路收费系统建设提出方向。
Considering the functional design of close highway toll collection system and conformation of highway, the paper analyses some common-seen cheats and provides corresponding disposals, which can be covered by the future establishment of highway toll system.
