摘要
三尖瓣闭锁(TA)11例(内10例发病年龄均在儿童期),据他们的临床表现和经过并参考有关文献,分析归纳出供参考的诊断特征,指出临床分型原则,并对治疗进行了简略讨论。
11 cases with tricuspid atresia were reviewed, onset of signs & symptoms 10 in infancy & childhood, one in adulthood, Basing upon their clinical manifestations & process, and relevant literature, & detail characteristic diagnostic features for clinical reference, point out at the same time the principles for its clinical classification. Therapy of this disease is also briefly discussed, including preoperative prostaglandin E_1.
