摘要
对海洋多糖类药物—“872”样品,采用乙醇沉淀分级法得到的5个不同分子量级份(Ⅰ~Ⅴ)。以粘度法测定5个级份特性粘数[η];用激光小角光散射仪(LALLS仪)测定了各级份的重均分子量M_w和第二维利系数A_2;标定出“872”样品的Mark Houwink公式。测得872样品各级份/特性粘数。
This paper describes the measurement of molecular weight and the calibration of the constants K and α of sample '872',Five '872' samples with different molecular wights were prepared by alcohol precipitating.The intrinsic viscosities of these samples are measured with a Ubbelohde viscometer and their absolute weight-average molecular weights (Mw)and second virial coefficients were determined with a Low Angle Laser Light Scattering Photometer (LALLS).The constants K and a of the Mark-Howink formula were obtained by plotting or the least square method.The intrinsic viscosities of all five' 872' samples fell in the range of 9.32-10.68 ml/g,the weight-average molecular weights (Mw) were between 11404-13806,and the second Virial coefficients (A2) were between 1.66×10-3~2.88×10-3.The constants K and a were 9.6294×10-3 and 0.7358 respectively.Hence the sample '872' Mark-Houwink formula is:
