摘要
本文就原料品质对成纱条干的影响、纤维状态与其可纺性、提高粗纱条干均匀度的措施和国产B583A 型环锭细纱机工艺参数对成纱条干的关系等进行了探讨。对试验得出的纺制低特精纺毛纱最佳工艺作了分析。实践表明,在用低挡羊毛纺制低特精纺纱时,用上述技术措施,对解决条干不匀有显著成效。
In this article is discussed the effect of the grade of raw materisl on yarn evenness,the fibre man-ner and its spinnability,the measures to improve the evenness of thr roving,the relation between thetechnical parameters and the yarn evenness of domestic ring spinning machine type B50.Andis analy-sed the best technical parameters for spinning low rex worsted yarn which is obtained by practicalproduction.It is proved by-practical production that the above mentioned measures havs an evidenteffect for inproving the low tex worsted yarn evenness.
