摘要
本文以具体的事例说明制造技术的发展有赖于对制造技术的投入。同时指出,在对制造技术投入时,不仅应注意硬件的选型论证,还应重视人才的培养、使用和保护。
Certain examples are given in the article to show that development of manufacturing technology depends on investments in the said technology. In making investments, attention should be paid not only to selection and demonstration of hardware but also to personal training, use and protection.
