戊二醛丝胶固着丝的性能和结构变化的研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文用戊二醛为固着剂对生丝进行丝胶固着,通过对固胶丝拉伸性能、酸碱溶失率、电镜观察、热分析等方面的研究,讨论其结构和理化性能的变化。结果表明,固胶丝在酸碱中的稳定性明显增强,而其强度、伸度及吸湿性稍有下降。固胶丝有较好的热机械性能。经初步推断,戊二醛的固胶反应主要发生在蚕丝的非晶区和准晶区的边缘及表面。 The sericin-fixed silk was obtained through using glutaraldehyde as the thicker.The tensileproperties testing,elution in acid and alkali solution,electron micro-scope observation andthermo-analysis of the fixed silk were carried out.The changes in its structurc and physical andchemical properties were discussed.The results indicate that the stability of fixed silk in acid oralkali solution was greatly improved,the breaking strength and elongation as well as moistureregain were slightly decreased,and the thermal mechanical properties were enhanced.It is preli-miniarly deduced that the fixation of sericin by gluta raldehyde happened in the periphyery andsurface of paracrystalline and noncrystalline area.
