摘要
中国饭店业是率先与国际市场接轨并引入国外饭店先进管理模式的行业,然而,随着WTO的加入,国内市场国际化、国际竞争国内化的态势日益加剧,我国饭店业经营愈加艰难。运用品牌经营、集团化、可持续发展、市场拓展、管理创新、信息化发展等战略,必将给中国饭店业带来新的春天。
China hotel business took the lead in getting onto the track of international markets and introducing advanced hotel management modes from abroad. However, as the situation with the internationalization of domestic markets and nationalization of international competition after the entry into WTO gradually intensifies, the management of our country's hotel business is becoming more and more difficult day by day. It is thought that the following strategies, such as brand management, group organization, substainable development, market promotion, management innovation and informationization development and so on, will undoubtedly bring forth new spring time to China hotel business.
