摘要
采用壮医药物拔罐疗法治疗痹病133例。治疗后痹病症状的临床缓解率为90.7％—93.2％,同时,对痹病疼痛、压痛、肿胀、关节功能、活动障碍等体征有明显效果;对血沉、抗“O”等理化检查指标也有所改善。综合评定疗效,133例治愈64例,显效38例,好转21例,无效10例,总有效率92.5％,提示壮医药罐疗法治疗痹病可取得较好的效果。
The therapeutic method of Zhuang herb cupping incorporates the strong points of cupping, acupuncture fumigate and washing,hot compression of herbs in a whole We have treated 133 cases of Arthralgia-syndrome with this method. After the patients were treated with this cupping, the symptoms of pain, swelling, mumbners, limitation of points movement, etc, have been improved, ESR. ASO. were recovered to the normal or dropped down obvionyly, but it was still difficult to make RF disappear in the blood. In 133 cases, 64 cases were cured, 38 cases appeared effective, 21 cases took a turn for the better, 10 cases showed no effects. The whole effective rate was 92.5%.
