摘要
因人制宜学术思想是中医治疗的重要组成部分。在《内经》中就已有大量论述,后世历代医家在临床实践中,也不断有所发展,本文较为系统地搜集整理了历代医家有关论述,提出在辨证后的施治阶段,首先必须根据不同个体特点,选用不同的治疗手段,其次要根据具体施治对象确定针刺手法、针刺强度、针具、组方原则等既符合病证,又符合个体特点的治疗方案。
Academic thought about treatment according to different physique of patients is an important component of Chinese medical treatment, which has been discussed in 'Neijing' a lot and developed in clinic by doctors in later dynasties.In this paper, the relative discussions form the scholars in different dynaslics are completed and sorted out systematically. The paper puts forward: in the treatment, after differentiati on of syndromes, different therapeutic methods should be chosen accoring to individual conditiou at first, then maniputions and intensity of acupuncture, apparatus and the principles of making prescriptions are determined based on the concrete patient, which is suitable to the symptoms on one hand and according with individual patient on the other hand.
