摘要
对32例鲤红细胞检测表明,鲤红细胞除具有形成免疫复合物花环(花环率为4.22±1.54)外,还具有 C_3b 受体。能形成红细胞 C_3b 受体花环(花环率为8.17±1.99),二者差异显著,从而讧明鲤红细胞不但具有携氧、运输气体和调节体内酸碱平衡等作用,而且还有免疫功能。
Examination of 32 carps showed that immune complex flower rings with a rate of 4.22 ±1.54 were formed on the erythrocytes of the carps.C_3b receptors through which C_3b receptor flower rings can be formed with a rate of 8.17±1.99 were also discovered.Sub- stantial differences existed between the two,indicating that carps'erythrocytes have not on- ly the function of carrying oxygen,transporting gases and regulating acid-base balance in the body,but have an important immunologic function as well.
