摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了大乌叶甘蓝雄性不育系及同核保持系花药中游离蛋白质及几种酶的同工酶谱。结果表明,不育系与保持系各酶带的差异显著。其中,游离蛋白质各为6条和11条,细胞色素氧化酶为4条和6条;脂酶各3条和6条;过氧化物酶均为4条,但其不育系酶活性低于保持系,且有1条 Rf=0.42的特殊带。
In a PAGE(polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis)study,the anthers of a male sterile line of cabbage(Brassica olaraces L.var.capitata)and its maintainer line showed different band patterns.While the male sterile line showed 4 bands for peroxidase,4 for cytochrome oxidase,3 for esterase and 6 for free proteins,the maint■■ner line had 4,6,6 and 11 bands,respectively.A special band(Rf=0.42)was observed for peroxidase on the zymogram of the male sterile line.
