摘要
报道了大肥菇的生态习性及人工驯化培种过程,试验结果表明:该菇菌丝易成活,生长快、抗逆性强,适于我国北方地区人工大面积栽培。
Agaricus bitorguis (Quel) Sacc is a edible wild mushroom of the family Agaricaceae. This paper have reported it's ecological characteristics and corse of artificial domestication. According to the experiment, the mushroom's hyphae are easy to survive, rapidly grows and better tolerense, The author think that the mushroom is suited to cultivate in China's north area.
