摘要
利用扫描电镜首次观察了内蒙古境内5种冰草属植物的花粉形态,发现其花粉在表面蚊饰、孔缘、孔盖及孔缘的纹饰等4方面存在一定的差异,并根据这些差异编制了冰草属植物花粉形态分种检索表,同时也探讨了花粉形态特征在种间关系中的价值。
In this paper, the authors observed the pollen morphology of five species of Agropyron in Nei Mongol by scanning electronic miroscope for the first time. The results showed that five species of Agropyron possessed different characteristics on the surtace ornamentation, the operculum, the pore margin and the ornamentation of the pore margin. According to the results, the authors compiled the key of pollen morphology to the species of Agropyron and discussed the value of pollen morphology in the interspecific relationship.
