摘要
论述贫困地区图书馆应转变观念,消除办馆条件差不能开展信息服务工作的思想认识误区,积极创造条件开展各种 信息服务工作,为贫困地区经济发展做出贡献,用自身的实际行动提高图书馆的社会地位。
The librarians in poor regional libraries should change their minds to eliminate the misunderstanding due to the poor conditions. They should exert to develop a great variety of information service for the economic development in poor regions and improve the social position of libraries.
