摘要
探讨了聚丙烯腈水解产物与淀粉、PVA组成的混合浆的性能 ,并用红外谱图表征了水解产物的结构特征。经对比测定 ,聚丙烯腈水解产物能明显改善淀粉 +PVA浆料体系的粘附性、强伸性和退浆性 ,其吸湿性比市售的丙烯酸系浆料要好 。
The performance of impure sizing which forms by hydrolysate of polyacrylonitrile get along with faecula and PVA is investigated. The structure of the hydrolysate molecule is characterized by infrared spectrum. The hydrolysate of polyacrylonitrile can distinctness improve faecula and PVA system performance below:high adhesion force and tensile strength and lower elongation loss and good scour off capability by determine. It shows lower water absorption than other kind of acrylic size. The hydrolysate of polyacrylonitrile is potential size to take place of PVA partly to use for terylene cotton yarn.
