摘要
为促进体外震波碎石（ＥＳＷＬ）结石的粉碎和排出，在ＥＳＷＬ前插入双重输尿管导管，并从内导管注水达到一定水压，增加结石周围间隙和冲击波能量的释放，利于结石的粉碎和排出。我们自１９９３年８月～１９９４年２月，在ＥＳＷＬ前对被认为是难以粉碎和排出的１３例输尿管结石患者采用本法碎石治疗，一次有效率达９２．３％。
We devised a double catheter to facilitate fragmentation of ureteral stones before ESWL.The tip of inner catheter was placed to touch the stones at all times,in order to maximize the hydraulic effects of the injected water through the catheter.From Aug.1993 to Feb.1994,13 patients were treated with this catheter who were diagnosed as having ureteral stones difficult to crush with a single ESWL treatment.Successful fragmentation was observed in 12(92.3%)with only a bout of ESWL treatment.
