摘要
基于摆线锥齿轮加载接触分析,引入对称模糊优化理论和水平截集方法,建立了模糊优化模型,该模型考虑了误差因素,能够确定最优水平值。采用复合形法优化,可以减小运动误差,改善啮合性能,预估加工后的加载对滚情况,实现虚拟制造,使设计的齿轮质量达到最佳。最后进行了仿真实验。
Based on the loaded contact analysis method of klingelnberg spiral bevel gear, the symmetrical fuzzy optimization method and the level section aggregate method, the fuzzy optimization model is established with considering the errors factor, the optimization parameters can be confirmed. By using the compound form method, the motion error can be reduced, the meshing capability can be improved, the loaded rolling condition after machining can be predicted and the dummy manufacture can be realized. So the quality of the gear designed can be optimized. The simulation experiment is carried out.
