管式结晶器的改进

摘要 CB型R6米小方坯连铸机管式结晶器采用了先进的铜管侧面密封方式。但由于设备制造方面的原因,内外水套加工质量没有达到设计要求,造成水缝极不均匀、严重影响了连铸坯质量。经过我们的改进,既保留了铜管的侧面密封方式,把内外水套进出水的分隔密封方式由端面压紧密封改进为侧面密封,让内水套浮动,保证了水缝均匀,大大减少了铸坯的裂纹和脱方,提高了铸坯质量。同时也为设计新的结晶器提供了借鉴。 The advanced copper-pipe side sealing method has been adopted in the tube-mold of C B Model R6m small billet conticaster.For the reasons of equipment manufacturing,the processing quality on both sides of the water-jacket did not fulfil the requirements in design.which resulted in unevenness of the water seam and impaired the quality of continuous casting billets ser-iouslly.Much improvement have been made by us for the tube-mold,that retain the side sealing method of copper-pipe, and change the separation sealing method of water-entrying and water-exiting for the inner and outer water-jacket from cap pressing sealing to side sealing and make the inner water-jacket floating,This guarantees the evenness of water seam, greatly reduces crack and rhom?hoidify and improves quality of the continuous casting billets.It provides a reference for the new design of mould.
