摘要
目的:提高对先发眼科症状的相关疾病CT诊断的认识。方法:对因眼部症状而行CT扫描的137例临床资料进行分析。结果:经CT检查确诊的疾病涉及神经科23例,眼科29例,内分泌科26例和耳鼻咽喉科10例。确诊率分别为54.76％,61.70％,72.22％,83.33％。结论:CT检查对眼部一些类似症状与体征的不同疾病诊断和鉴别诊断能提供重要的临床依据。
Objective: To improve the recognition of the CT diagnostic value in the disease which were firstly sought medical advice in ophthalmology. Method:CT scan resnlts were analyzed in 137 patients because of opthalmic symptoms. Results: The disease which were determind with CT were as follows; 23 cases were in neurology. 27 in ophthalmology. 26 in endocrinology and 10 in otolaryngology. The detection rate was 54.76%, 61.70%, 72.22% , and 83.33%, respectively. Conclusion:CT examination can provide some important evidences in diagnosis and differential diagnosis for diseases which have ophthalmic symptoms and signs.
