~99m Tc标记单克隆抗体在肿瘤放免显像中的应用进展
摘要
放射免疫显像已成为对肿瘤进行诊断的重要手段之一。目前认为,在用于放免显像核素中99mTc是比较理想的放射性核素。本文就放射性核素99mTc标记单克隆抗体和单克隆抗体片段在肿瘤放免显像中的基础、临床研究和存在的问题及研究方向等进行综述,以探讨早期肿瘤导向诊断方法。
