人及大鼠胃、小肠CGRP的定位研究

A Localization Study of CGRP in Stomach and Small Intestine of the Human and Rat

摘要 实验选用成年健康男性尸体和成年雄性Wistar大鼠各4例,死后迅速取胃、小肠各段组织。用免疫组织化学PAP法,对CGRP在人及大鼠胃、小肠中的分布进行了研究。结果表明:胃粘膜内可见CGRP免疫反应阳性的内分泌细胞,其数量人多于大鼠;胃、小肠各段均可见CGRP免疫反应阳性神经纤维分布;大鼠小肠粘膜下层及内环外纵肌间可见单个存在的CGRP免疫反应阳性神经细胞。这些结果说明,胃和小肠中的CGRP有两种来源,即来源于神经和内分泌细胞。本文还对CGRP在胃和小肠中的功能进行了讨论。 Four healthy adult male cadavers and 4 adult Wistar rats were chosen for use in this experiment. Tissues of each segmen of the stomach and the small intes-tine were taken immediately after death,and the distributions of CGRP in the stomach and small intestine of the human and rat were studied with the PAP method. The results showed:endocrine cells of CGRP immunopositive reaction could be seen in gastric mucosa,with cell number more in men than in rats;distribution of CGRP immunopositive nerve fibers could be seen in all the segments; nerve cells of CGRP immunopositive reaction could be seen individually in submucosa and between inner circular and outerlongitudinal muscle layers of rat small intestine. This suggests that the CGRP in thestomach and samll intestine originate from both nerves and endocrine cells. The possiblefunction of the CGRP in stomach and small intestine is also discussed.
