叶绿体基因组及其编码的基因

摘要高等植物细胞中,遗传物质存在于三种细胞器中,即核、叶绿体、线粒体。叶绿体遗传物质的研究源于1909年Bear & Correns对高等植物花斑病的研究,1962年Ris等首次证实了叶绿体中存在着DNA。1975年Kolodner & Tewari第一次得到纯化的完整的叶绿体基因组(ctDNA),1976年建立了玉米叶绿体DNA的物理图谱,到1986年,在叶绿体基因组上进行了多种RNA和蛋白质基因的定位。
