摘要
目的 :观察经内镜取出上消化道各种不同种类、不同形状异物的效果。方法 :内镜由咽喉部经食管、胃、十二指肠球部逐段检查 ,发现异物后 ,根据异物的部位、形状、大小及嵌顿情况 ,分别选用合适的内镜治疗器械 ,如三爪钢丝钳、鼠齿钳、圈套器和网篮等 ,将异物夹牢或套紧 ,连同内镜一道退出。结果 :本组284例 ,经内镜取出治愈257例。16例有异物史 ,检查见粘膜有划伤痕及异物 ,转外科手术8例 ,转院3例。结论 :经内镜取出上消化道异物 ,具有操作方便 ,病人痛苦少 ,取异物成功率高 ,能使大部分病人避免外科手术治疗。
Objective:To observe the curative effect in the extraction of different dinds and shapes of foreign body of upper digestive tract by endoscope.Methods:According to the conditions of position,shape,magnitude and impaction,foreign body of upper digestive tract was extracted by suitable endoscopic instrument.Results:Of 284 cases with foreign body of upper digestive tract,257 cases were extracted by endoscope.16 cases had the history of foreign body,but no foreign body was found.8 cases were transferred to surgical operation for their failure by endoscope.3 cases were transferred to other hospital.Conclusion:It is a simple method to extract the foreign body of upper digestive tract by endoscope,and it can make most patients to avoid operative treatment.
