摘要
介绍了一套由多层次控制模块组成的,可实现多冗余、多策略控制的适用于小型链条炉控制的计算机监控系统。针对锅炉和供热管网组成的供暖系统大滞后、强惯性和严重非线性的特点,在锅炉负荷主控制回路中,采用Fuzzy-PI双模控制器,并首次用模糊控制理论研究分室布风控制。控制系统中,常规控制与智能控制并存。该系统可对锅炉、热网组成的供暖系统实时监测,并跟随热网负荷的变化及时调节锅炉的出力,通过自动调节引风、鼓风和给煤量以及各分室风门开度,维持锅炉在最佳工况工作,且可实现不停炉除灰。在满足供暖要求的同时,达到节能降耗的目的。该系统已成功应用于北京西城区某锅炉房6t/h供暖锅炉的控制中。
Application of computer state monitoring and control system is a great development for increasing efficiency and security of a small scale boiler providing heat. An advanced computer state monitoring and control system was established, which was made of control modules of different stages, can complete several control methods. A fuzzy PI controller is designed in load control circle according to the serious nonlinear characteristic of the providing heat system with strong inertia, great time lag. It is the first time to study air distribution along the bed with fuzzy control theory. General control and intellective control are existed in the control system. Now the operating system need not be switched when the workers clean ashes. Because of the automatic control system, the providing heat system greatly economizes on energy while it steadily provides heat. At the same time, the system can be used in different sized, kinds of providing heat systems by simple configuration. This system has been successfully applied to 6 t/h providing heat boiler of a boiler branch in Beijing.
