摘要
文章介绍了莱钢焦化厂2#焦炉燃烧室单面墙吊顶挖补方法。与传统的整体吊顶或揭顶检修方法相比．单面墙吊顶具有时间短，消耗低，效果好的特点，解决了推焦电流大、难推焦等问题，延长了焦炉寿命。
The method mending by replacing a demaged part for the hading crown of the single wall of No.2 coke oven's conbustion chamber of the coking plant of Laiwu iron and steel general works is intnduced inthis paper. This method compared with the traditional overhaul method of whole hanging crown or taking offcrown possesses of the characteristics of shorter time,lower consumption and better result.It solves some problems,such as producing a large current and difficulty to push coke.Thus the service life of coke oven isincreased.
