摘要
加强工科院校人文素质教育势在必行，为此，必须确立专业科技教育与人文素质教育并重的教育思想，重视人文素质教育，努力探索，并构建符合本校实际的人文素质教育的模式。
It is imperative to strengthen the quality education of the Arts subjects in engineeringinstitutes. As a result, an equal stress must be laid on both the specialized scientific educationand the quality education of the Arts subjects, to and for which much importance should be attached and certain patterns should be set up for our actual situation.
