摘要
为研究叶下珠对人肝癌细胞SMMC7721的影响,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)还原法和氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入法观察叶下珠提取物对人肝癌细胞SMMC7721细胞活性及DNA合成的影响。结果发现,经叶下珠提取物处理后,SMMC7721活力明显减弱,~3H-TdR掺入率明显降低,DNA合成抑制率与药物剂量呈线性关系。结论:叶下珠具有杀伤人肝癌细胞SMMC7721和抑制其增殖作用。
To study the effcts of phyllanthusuririaria L. on human hepatom cells. Methods: Human hepatoma cells were treated with extractive of phyllanthus urinaria L. in vivo. The survial activities and 3H-TdR incorporating test. Results; After treating with the extractive of phyllanthus urinara L. the survial activities of SMMC7721 cells were obviously weakened and the incorporation rates of 3H - TdR decreased significantly. The inhibitory rates on cell prolife ration were increased dose - dependentely. Conclusion: Phyllanthus urinaria L had remarkable effects of inhi-tion on proliferation as well as toxicities on human hepatoma cells(SMMC7721).
