摘要
自1992～1996年作者应用一种新的手术方法治疗股骨头无菌坏死病人26例,该手术方法包括彻底清除坏死骨组织,骨腔内打孔、髂骨骨髓移植和股直肌骨瓣移植,使骨缺血区重新建立血液循环并带入多种成骨效应细胞和骨诱导因素。其中20例病人随访1～4.5年效果满意。该手术可以有效预防坏死股骨头塌陷并可促进缺血区血液循环的形成及新骨再生。作者认为该手术尤其适用于股骨头缺血性坏死Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的患者。
From 1992 to 1996. the authors had used a new technique for the treatment of 26 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) by removing the necrotic bone, using the rectus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft,drilling hole and fransfering iliac bone marror,which reestablished the circulation and introduced new vascular beds with osteoprogenitor cells in the avascular area-Twenty patients were followed up for 1 to 4. 5 years giving satisfactory results. It is highly expected that this new procedure can prevent the necrotic femoral head from progessing to collapse and promote vascularization and new bone formation. The authors believe that the technique is suitable for the treatment of ANFH of the stage I to II
