摘要
论述了知识经济发展趋势对世界产业结构调整的影响，分析了目前我国产业结构存在的问题，提出了我国产业结构调整的方向及促进其调整的措施．
This paper discusses the effects of the tendency of knowledge economy on theworld industrial structure adjustment, analyses the problems in the present industrial structure of China, and also proposes the policies and methods for the adjustment.
