摘要
目的 为寻求一种适合气道局部给药用的药物载体 ,为肺部炎性疾病的局部治疗提供工具。方法 选用天然中药成份白芨制备高粘度活性胶 ,与成膜材料聚乙醇 (PVA)进行不同比例的组合。采用体外涂片、在体动物留置试验考察组合物粘附性、成膜性 ,初步优化后作为载体试用于肺局限性炎性病灶的局部给药 ,观察药物滞留特性和临床疗效。结果 白芨胶与 PVA按体积比 5 :1配制的胶体具有适宜气道内要求的粘附性和成膜性。实际应用于典型患者也显示该载体滞留性良好 ,临床疗效满意。结论 采用天然无毒可吸收白芨胶为主要材料配制的载体 ,由于自身具有的药理作用及良好的载体特性 。
Objective To seek a good carrier giving medicine through airway in local treatment inflammatory pulmonary disease. Methods Natural traditional Chinese medicine bletilla hyacinthine was chosen to prepare for high viscosity active gum, which was in a combination of membranous material polyethylene ethanol (PVA) in different proportions. The methods of smear in vitro and remained experiments were adopted in animals in vivo to investigate the adhesive ability and membrane forming ability. The gum was used as the carrier in the local treatment of inflammatory pulmonary disease while giving medicines after preliminary optimization. Results The compounded gum was combined with bletilla hyacinthine gum and PVA in the proportion of 5:1 so that its adhesive ability and membrane forming ability were suitable for giving medicine through airway. Actual application in typical patients also showed that sticking characteristic of this carrier was good and clinical curative effects were satisfied.Conclusion With its remedial effects and good property, the carrier of natural aborable and non-poisonons, innocuous bletilla hyacinthine gum is of better value in clinical application than pure chemical carrier that had previously been used.
