摘要
目的 研究在污染或感染条件下行小血管吻合对通畅率的影响。方法 用金葡菌在两组大白鼠 (共 12 0只 )腹股沟区造成污染或感染模型 ,在污染或感染环境下行股动、静脉显微吻合。观察吻合血管 15 d通畅情况。结果 在污染区经清创后 ,吻合小血管 15 d通畅率 :动脉 90 .6 % ;静脉 88.5 %。感染区内小血管吻合 15 d通畅率明显下降 :动脉 2 9.1% ;静脉 4 3.3%。结论 在污染环境下应尽早清创后 ,行小血管吻合对通畅率影响不大。在感染区内 。
Objective To study the free circulation rate of small vessels which are anastomosised in the contaminative or infectious enviroment.Methods 120 white rats are made in to contaminative and in fectious model by using staphy lococcus aureus in grion area.Femoral artery and vein are anastomosised in the Contaminative or infectious enviroment.The circulation status of the anastomosised vessels is observed 15 days postoperetively.Results After debridement on contaminative area,the free circulation rate of artery and vein 15 days postoperatively was 90.6 % and 88.5 % respectively,while that in infectious area was 29.1 % and 43.3 % respectively.Conclusion The anastomosis of small vessels was feasible in contaminative area after debridement as early as possible.In infectious area,the anastomosis with inflammation small vessel should be avoided,but it can be anastomosised by astriding the area with normal vessel transplantation.
