摘要
本文用胆碱乙酰化酶(choline acetyltransferase ChAT)免疫组化法观察了猫基底前脑内胆碱能神经元的分布及细胞形态特征,并研究了在切断一侧伞一穹窿后,隔区胆碱能神经元消失情况。含有胆碱能神经元的核包括:内侧隔核、斜束带核、隔袱核、尾核、苍白球、下丘脑视前区和外侧区及冠状回邻近的皮质区。核中细胞呈多角形、卵圆形、梭形或三角形。以中型(20-25μm)和小型(<20μm)为常见,偶有大型的(>25μm)。切断一侧伞—穹窿后,术侧内侧隔核和斜束带垂直部胆碱能神经元比健侧的明显减少(P<0.01),说明此处胆碱能神经元发支经伞—穹窿投射至海马。
The distribution and morphological characteristics of the cholinergic neurons in cat basal forebrain and the cell loss of the septal cholinergic neurons after the fimbria-fornix transection were observed by the CHAT- immunohistochemistry.The nuclei containing the cholinergic neurons include the septal area,the diagonal band nuclei,accumbens,striatum, preoptic and lateral hypothalamic nuclei and the neocortex.These cells are polygonal,ovale,spherical,triangular and spindle in shapes.The medium-sized (20-25gm) and small (<20μm) cells are much more than the larger ones (>25μm).Following the transection of the left fimbria- fornix the cell loss of the septal cholinergic neurons was noted on the ipsilateral side (P<0.01).It suggests that some septal cholinergic neurons project to the hippocampus via the fimbria-fornix.
