摘要
本文观察了21例白血病患者辅以高压氧配合化疗的治疗效果,初步发现:高压氧配合化疗17例急白患者中,12例完全缓解,缓解率70.6%,所需疗程2.3±0.8个,所需天数41.1±16.3天。对照组17例中6例缓解,缓解率35.3%,所需疗程和时间分别为:4.2±1.6个,72.8±28.4天。骨髓白血病细胞以第二疗程结束时下降明显,高压氧组下降率90.2±13.7%,对照组79.2±14.0%。持续缓解时间,高压氧组197.4±256.8天,生存期661.9±484.2天;对照组持续缓解时间167.0±124.5天,生存期349.13±309.5天。当白细胞下降至15±1.2×10~9/L 时,高压氧组感染发生率55.6%;对照组在白细胞2.3±1.710~9/L 时,感染发生率87.5%。但4例慢粒急粒变者,治疗效果不佳。
21 patients of acute and chronic leukemia were treated by the combina- tion of chemotherapy and High-pressure oxygen(HpO).The results were as follows:In 17 patients of acute leukemia were treated by chemotherapy and HpO,12 patients were complete remission,the rate of complete remission 70.6%,the times of treatment 2.3±0.8,the period of treatment 41.1±16.3 days.In the control group 17 patients were treated only by chemotherapy,6 patients were complete remission, the rate of complete remission 35.3%,the times of treatment 4.2±1.6, the period of treatment 72.8±28.4 days.Leukemic cells in bone marrow in HpO combining group reduced obviously in the second treatment with the rate of descent 90.2±13.7.It was higher than the control group (79.2±14.0%).In HpO combining group,the continuing complete remission was 197.4±256.8 days and the life time 661.9±484.2 days. Both were longer than the control group(167.0±124.5 days and 349.3± 309.5 days).The rate of infection in HpO combining group was 55.6% when WBC 1.5±1.2×10~9/L.While in the control group,it was 87.5% when WBC 2.3±1.7×10~9/L.However,the treatment was not satisfac- tory in 4 patients with the blastic change of chronic leukemia.
