摘要
由于 LPO 水平随增龄而升高,天然抗氧化剂 SOD 活性等随增龄而下降,LPO 与 SOD 水平已被用作研究衰老的常用指标。本文采用 SOD/LPO比值作为反映人和实验动物体内自由基反应(过氧化系统)与抗氧化两系统问关系的指标,观测了不同年龄组健康成人及不同月龄组正常大鼠红细胞 SOD/LPO 值的变化和补充外源 DNA 对这一指标的影响。结果表明:老龄组人和大鼠红细胞 LPO 水平较青年组明显升高,SOD 活性则较青年组降低,SOD/LPO值显著下降;老龄组人及大鼠补充 DNA 制剂后,SOD/LPO 值明显回升;表明外源 DNA 在动物体内能提高红细胞的 SOD/LPO 值,提示 DNA 抗衰老的作用机制之一可能是它的抗氧化作用。DNA 在国外是热门抗衰老制剂,它对老龄者体内核酸、蛋白质等代谢的影响值得深入研究。
The levels of lipid peroxide(LPO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were changing with ageing,LPO and SOD levels have been used as the markers of senility.In this experiment,the ratio of SOD and LPO (SOD/LPO)has been proposed and used as a new parameter to reflect the balance between lipid peroxidation and the antioxidation system, and the change of erythrocyte's SOD/LPO values in different age groups of human and experimental animals and the effects of exogenous DNA preparation on SOD/LPO values have been investigated.The results showed that the average of SOD/LPO values in aged people or old rats was significantly lower than that of the young ones,respectively;and the DNA preparation increased the SOD/LPO values in them.These results suggest that the exogenous DNA possesses an anti-ageing function and one of the mechanisms may be its antioxidation role.DNA has been used as a useful agent of anti-ageing since the 6o's,the further study about the effects of DNA on the metabolism of nucleic acids and proteins will be worthwhile.
