摘要
开发了一个用于客车CAD系统的前处理器PILECAR。适用于IBM及其兼容机,PRECAR前处理器拥有一系列实用性较强的系统功能和参数,能够较全面地反映客车车体结构的特点;其下拉式菜单作为与用户进行交互的主要界面,为用户提供了一个快速的交互环境。它可产生各大单元图和1/2车体结构图,生成各大单元及三维整体网格数据文件。PRECAR前处理器自动化程度较高,生成的数据文件具有灵活的数据格式,根据需要加工后,即可用于CAD系统的有限元分析程序和结构优化程序。本文还以TSK61为例对PRECAR进行了测试,其结果令人满意。
Devetops a preprocesser named PRECAR, which could be used in the CAD system for high-speed railway cars based on the IBM micro-computer and its compatible ones. PRECAR has a series of practicable function, it is able to describe the structure feature perfectly, generates some meshes rahted with main parts and a graphics of half structure of the car. The data generated in it could be reproduced easily when FEM and optimum design need them in CAD system. Takes TSK61 for example, carries out the testing for PRECAR, the result is satisfactory.
