摘要
文章根据低码率图像编码的特点,对H.263测试模型(TMN5)的仿真程序TMN-2.0中的量化级和码率控制策略的不足之处进行了合理的改进。仿真实验结果表明,按照文章的方法进行码率控制可以取得更好的主观和客观质量。
Based on the features of low coding rate video encoding, we improved the control strategy of quantization step and coding rate in the simulation program TMN - 2. 0 of H. 263 test model (TMN5) .The simulation showed better subjective and objective quality can be achieved by the approach.
