复铝钢绞线载流承力索连续挤压硅包覆工艺的研究

摘要 研究了新型专利产品——复铝钢绞线载流承力索的连续挤压包覆(CONCLAD)工艺,设计了模拟试验装置,并在通用液压机上进行了大量的挤压包覆模拟试验。试验表明:通过工艺和模具参数的优化,可制订比较合理的工艺和模具,很好地模拟CONCLAD连续挤压包覆的工艺特点,生产出优良产品。通过光镜和电子探针分析表明,承力索产品的铝套和钢绞线具有良好的结合性能,其钢铝结合强度达70MPa,反复弯曲歼裂次数为70次以上。试验结果与挤压力的理论分析基本吻合。 Studies the continous extrusion dadding technology of the new kind of patent product——the carrier current cables with clad aluminium steel strands, designes the simulated testing device, and a lot of extrusion cladding tests are made in a hydraulic press. Experiments prove: equitable technology and die can be drafted, technology characteristics of the CONCLAD continous extrusion cladding can be well simulated, excellent prodtcts can be manufactured by opimizing the technology and die parameters. Perfect bond quality between aluminium cladding and steel strands is proved by using metallographic and exlectron probes, bonding strength between aluminium and steel being up to 70MPa, fracture occurred by bending at over 70 times. Theoretical analysis of the extrusion force is basically identical with the results of the tests.
