摘要
本文以延迟焦化装置的分馏塔系统作为研究对象,介绍了一种石油化工过程仿真软件的建模方法。根据分馏塔系统的工艺特点,把全塔分成若干个塔段,依据质量守恒、能量守恒等定律,分别建立其数学模型,然后合并分段模型,形成全塔仿真数学模型。
Focusing on the fractionating tower of the Delayed Coke Unit,the article introduces amodel-setup method of simulation software in the PetrochemicaI process. The frationating tower isclassified into several sections based on its process nature, and individual mathematical models areestablished respectively according to the Law of Conservation of Energy and Mass,then combinedto create the simulation mathematical model of the whole tower.
