摘要
研究了Fe-Mn(15~32wt%)基合金在pH为0.5~15的溶液中,合金元素Al(0~10wt%)、Cr(0~7.6wt%)和Si(0~6wt%)的含量对其电化学腐蚀行为和钝化膜组组成的影响。在lM Na_2SO_4,3.5wt%NaCl,30%~50%HNO_3,10%HCl、10%~50%NaOH溶液中进行了阳极极化曲线测定和3.5wt%NaCl溶液中浸泡实验,并将含不同Al、Cr、AlCr复合或AlCrSi复合的Fe-Mn基合金的腐蚀行为与低碳钢A3、深冷用9%Ni钢及1Cr13、1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的腐蚀行为进行比较。用俄歇能谱仪(AES)和X射线光电子谱仪(XPS)对FeMnAl、FeMnCr和FeMnAlCr合金在1M Na_2SO_4、50%HNO_3、30%NaOH溶液中钝化电位区内形成的钝化膜进行化学成分与元素价态的深度分布研究。
Studies the effects of Al(0~10wt%)、Cr(0~7.6wt%) and Si (0~6wt%) content on electrochemical corrosion behaviour and the passive film of Fe-Mn (15~32wt %)host alloys in different aqueous solution of pH 0.5~15. The Anode polarization curves are measured in 1M Na_2SO_4 solution、3.5 wt% NaCl solution、10%~50% HNO_3 solution、10% NaCl solution、10%~50% NaOH solution as well as immerse tests are performed, the corrosion behaviours of Fe-Mn based alloys recombined with Al、Cr、AlCr or AlCrSi are compared with those of mild steel Al3、cryogenic steel 9%Ni、stainless steels 1Cr13 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The chemical compositions and bonds of depth profile for the anodic passive films of several FeMnAl、FeMnCr and FeMnAlCr alloys formed in the passive zones of 1M Na_2SO_4、50%HNO_3 and 30%NaOH solutions are investigated by auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and X RAY photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
