摘要
研制了一个内燃机车用齿轮泵的CAD系统。该系统以AutoCAD为图形支撑软件,建立了符合国标的符号图形库及部分标准件的参数图形库;用Autolisp语言编程实现了齿轮泵的图样绘制,用C语言开发了油泵的参数设计计算程序。为了便于今后与CAPP系统接口,提出了特征造型柔性编码法的基本思想。
Develops a CAD system for gear pump design of locomotives. Establishes graphic symbol and standard machine parts database which conform to graphic software AutoCAD. Develops the drawing program for gear pumps by using Autolisp language, and the design and computer pmgrarns for oil pump parameters using C language. Considering the need of connection for the programs to CAD and CAPP system in the future, proposes the basic idea of a characterized molding flexible coding method.
