摘要
文章从我国民爆器材发展总体规划出发 ,分析了国内外煤矿许用炸药的发展现状 ,介绍了新近开发的二级煤矿许用粉状乳化炸药。文中阐述了这种新型煤矿许用炸药的配方、生产工艺及其性能特点 ,并对其在地下瓦斯矿井的应用情况进行了总结和分析。检测及应用表明 ,这种新型工业炸药具有良好的爆炸性能、储存性能和安全性能。井下爆破试验结果表明 ,煤掘爆破中炮孔利用率在 97%以上 ,炸药单耗比原使用的乳化炸药降低 2 3%。
Beginning with the general plan on development of our country's industrial explosive materials,the present development of the permitted explosives for collieries at home and abroad is analyzed and the recently developed powdered emulsion explosive permitted for gassy colliery of Class 2 is presented. In this paper, the formulation, preparation technology, property characteristics of this explosive are expounded and its application in underground gassy collieries is summarized. The results of experiments and detection show that this new industrial explosive has perfect detonation performance, good storability and safety. The results of blasting tests in an underground gassy colliery show that it possesses remarkable advantages.When it used for excavation in collieries.A blast hole utilization factor of over 97% can be gotten and the specific charge decreased by 23% as compared with original emulsion explosive.
