摘要
阐述了全自动热电偶检定系统的基本原理,分析了检测电路的关键元器件——模拟多路开关、运算放大器和A/D转换器的误差来源及特性,给出了提高和保证精度的方法,使精度指标超过0.05%,讨论了单片机MCS8031与CRT显示器之间的显示适配器的原理,并研制了一种新式图形驱动卡,以及MCS8031与键盘和打印机之间的接口电路。
States the fundamentals of the automatic inspection system for industrial thermal couples. Analyzes the error's source and character of key components——analog multiplexer, operational amplifier and A/D converter. Gives a new method to enhance and ensure tthe accuracy of measuring circuit and the accuracy has exceeded 0.05%. Discusses the display adapter unit between MCS 8031 and CRT monitor. Develops a new graph-driving board, and introduces the interfaces between MCS 8031 and the keyboard as well as the printer.
