摘要
目的 :评价G - 39型隔声密封材料能否用于核潜艇舱室。方法 :对该材料的高温热解释放物和常温释放物进行定性定量分析及卫生学评价。定性分析用色谱 -质谱联用仪及比色法 ,定量分析用气相色谱法及比色法。结果 :定性分析出 2 1种气体 ,通过 90d(40℃ )定量分析 ,苯、甲苯、总烃、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、苯酚均低于核潜艇舱室空气组分容许浓度 (GJB 11-84)。结论 :G - 39型隔声密封材料可用于核潜艇。
Purpose:The study was carried out to evaluate whether type G 39 sound insulating and sealing material can be used aboard submarines.Methods:Quantitative and qualitative analysis, and medical evaluation were made on the substances released at high temperature and room temperature. Qualitative analysis was made by using gaschromatography mass spectrometry and chromatography, while quantitative analysis was done by using gas chromatography and chromatometry. Results: 21 gases were identified quantitatively. Quantitative analysis (at 40℃) for 90 days proved that concentrations of benzene, toluene, total hydrocarbon, CO 2, CO and phenol were all lower than the maximum allowable limits for atmospheric components in submarine compartments (GJB 11 84) . Conclusion: G 39 can be used aboard submarines.
