摘要
从社会主义初级阶段的特征和行政监督在实践“三个代表”中的重要作用,阐述了现阶段加强行政监督的必要性,并从行政监督主体与对象、行政监督的事后性、树立全员监督思想等方面论述了加强行政监督的具体措施。
This article expounds the necessity of strengthening the administrative supervision on the basis of the characteristics of the elementary stage of socialism and the importance of strengthening the administrative supervision in practicing 'the Three Represents' at current stage. In addition, it discusses the specific measures of strengthening the administrative supervision from the perspectives of the post-event nature, the subject and object of the administrative supervision and setting up whole supervision ideas.
